چکیده
Regenerative therapies are the developed method for regrowing, repairing, or exchanging damaged diseased cells, tissues, organs. Bone injury regeneration is a complicated procedure. For this reason, stimulation of osteogenic differentiation impact on mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) critical method. The goal current study was to test biocompatibility and induction early by curcumin nanocrystals in human dental pulp (DPSCs) which MSCs derived from pulp. In study, were produced through spray-drying technique then characterized using conventional methods. Then, cytotoxicity proliferative properties evaluated different concentrations at 48 hours, 72 7 days measured MTT test, special kit used determine activity alkaline phosphatase (ALP). results displayed that prepared nanocurcumin with mean particle size 128 nm, spherical morphology, negative surface charge did not show toxic effect most hours only concentration 25 μM. Also, comparing toxicity doses showed 2.5, 5, 10, μM, cell growth significantly inhibited. ALP increased two weeks compared one week also control group ( p < 0.05 ). Considering positive possessions DPSCs its low toxicity, substance can be considered planning regenerative protocols.

BACKGROUND Regeneration of periodontal tissues is a major goal of periodontal therapy. Dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) show mesenchymal cell properties with the potential for dental tissue engineering. Enamel matrix derivative (EMD) and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) are examples of materials that act as signaling molecules to enhance periodontal regeneration. Mineral trioxide aggregate (...

Dental Pulp Stem Cells (DPSCs) can be found within the cell rich zone of dental pulp. These stem cells, under specific stimuli, differentiate into many cell types which have wide therapeutic applications. The dental stem cells are derived from both deciduous and permanent teeth. The viable dental stem cells are very simple to collect, without any mortality and morbidity. Dental pulp stem c...
